LOCAL WPLL RULES FOR MAJORS (12U) BASEBALL

All teams must roster bat. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Managers are ENCOURAGED to develop players -- multiple pitchers, multiple catchers, different batting orders, etc.
Wins/Losses do no matter in the regular season.
NO INTENTIONAL WALKS. Pitcher MUST pitch to every batter, regular season and playoffs. PENALTY FOR INTENTIONAL WALK WILL BE SUSPENSION OF MANAGER AND PITCHER FOR NEXT GAME.
Pitchers should be limited to (9-10 YO) or 50 PITCHES (10-11 YO) until May 15th. After May 15th, LL Pitch count rules by age apply.
There is no "Mercy" rule for runs scored against an opponent during the spring regular season. All games are expected to be played with the intention of completing six innings or until the game reaches the two hour time limit.
Time limit is TWO hours. No inning should start after 1:45 of play.
